Re T (2021) – Rachael and Ruth represented a father involved in alleged non-accidental injury skull fracture. With Rachael’s help through rigorous and detailed statements, the Court found that the injury was caused accidentally following a previous birth injury.

Re A (2023) – Rachael and Ruth represented a father involved in alleged non-accidental injury leg fractures and suspected sexual abuse. With Rachael’s assistance, the experts found no supporting evidence of support sexual abuse and the fractures identified on the scans were identified incorrectly.
